    Due to our limited space and time constraints, we have found it necessary to implement a 2-hour minimum charge for our services. This decision was made in order to ensure that we can effectively carry out the work needed within the allotted time frame. By setting a minimum charge, we are able to optimize our resources and provide the best possible service to our customers. We believe that this approach will help us maintain efficiency and quality in our work, ultimately benefiting both our team and our clients. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
  • how much will it cost to fix my car
    At our fault finding center, we understand the frustration that comes with unknown electrical faults in your car. While we strive to provide transparent pricing to our customers, diagnosing complex electrical issues can be a challenging task that requires thorough investigation and expertise. Due to the unpredictable nature of these faults, we are unable to provide a fixed quote for diagnosing them. Instead, we offer our services at an hourly rate of £62.50 plus vat. Rest assured, our experienced technicians will work diligently to identify and resolve the issue efficiently, ensuring your vehicle is back on the road safely.   • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
